Why nutrition you may ask?

 

It’s been a long journey of addictions, frustrations, trying stuff and failing all over again...

It’s been over 19 years of trying to figure out how the magic pill works and whether there is a better solution to sustainable happiness. 
And I bet there is one. Not the easiest or quickly achievable, but definitely the most effective and rewarding. 
Can’t get enough of enjoying this journey. Nothing is random. Trust the process.

What Is Nutrition?

Nutritional therapy is classed as a complementary medicine and is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care.

It has evolved using the Functional Medicine model, which focuses on treating the underlying causes of ill-health, rather than simply addressing symptoms. This model is scientifically based, and looks at imbalances in diet and lifestyle which lead to poor health.

Nutritional therapists recognise that each person is an individual with unique requirements. For this reason, they develop a personalised plan rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.
