Hi, I'm Jane! 

I'm studying as a nutritionist at The Institute of Optimum Nutrition, London. 

What you will find here? facts through research and readings as well as women talks... oh, well... who doesn't need a bit of relationship advice ;) This is a place of positivity where you will learn more about mental and physical well being. Our points of view are not always the same but we share the love for constant learning and improving our overall health through food, fitness, travels and much more.

Travelling Is The Best Soul Therapy

I couldn't think of a better way to improve mental and physical state than travelling or just spending weekend on nature. I'm not a travel guide but I'd like to share with you some of my favorite places to escape from daily routine.

Asking yourself the right type of questions in the area that deeply interests you is a brilliant way to expand your curiosity and promote growth. I'm never bored with myself while I have the inspiring books to read. I'd like to share with you some of my favorite ones.
